Zoe ensured our trip to Rhodes was super simple taking care of every element. When the wildfires struck the island she was immediately in touch reassuring us that she would monitor the situation and find an alternative trip if this became necessary. The selection of area and hotel based on our brief matched perfectly and nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was Lovely (The Guardian) quite central but not too much in the hustle and bustle.
20-minute walk to the Colosseum, we did get a taxi to The Vatican as we had to be there for 7.45.
Amazing City if you have time get the Train to Florence only 1 hour 30 minutes away stunning City.

Just come back from the most phenomenal holiday in Finland to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and all I can say is thank you Zoe!! You made the whole process from start with me giving a few ideas of what we wanted, to all the booked excursions and little details all organised for me so all we needed to do was enjoy. You made it so stress-free and we cannot thank you enough!! His non-stop smile the whole time made our holiday even more magical so thank you thank you thank you!! You helped me make his dream come true and we had the best time. Xx

I haven't really used a travel agent for years, we can all go online and do it ourselves can't we? Yeah right if you have the patience of a saint and many hours to waste. After spending miserable hours watching flights I was trying to book go up by over £500 as the app wouldn't let me progress I contacted Zoe for help with flights. The response was immediate, price fantastic. Thanks so much Zoe Harmer, I'll be back!

Asked Zoe to find a hotel in a 2 hour drive from out home and a budget and she came in on both , the hotel was beautiful and the area was a lovely break just what we where looking for . Somewhere to spend quality time off work . Thank you Zoe we shall book with you many times

We don't usually 'package up' our trips, but in uncertain times, we wanted the confidence of proper protection for all elements of the holiday. She listened to all of our requirements, quickly offered several perfectly matched options which included everything we needed from accommodation to car hire. Within 24hrs it was booked.
It has saved me days of research and the hassle of paying deposits to several different companies.

Can't rate Zoe Harmer enough! She booked and journey planned my whole holiday fly-drive from San Fran to San Diego and came in cheaper than I could do it on my own! She made it so easy and enjoyable to plan and gave me a sense of reassurance were staying in nice places. She was so good I booked my holiday for next year to Finland too!

We have recently booked a staycation through Zoe.
We told Zoe our preferred location, things we wanted near the property as well as our budget and the fact we needed it to be dog friendly. We received links to a selection of properties matching our requirements and all we had to do was pick the one we liked.
Once picked we paid Zoe our deposit and completed the booking. It was that simple! The easiest holiday booking we have ever made. No scrolling through websites or leafing through endless brochures.
